

Bill was born February 22, 1941, in Springfield, Illinois, the son of Goldie and Henry Kuchar. He is survived by his loving wife Carolyn, Special granddaughter Jennifer, son Mark, sister Beverly (Gordon) Booker, brother Jack (Judy) Kuchar, mother-in-law Frances Nichols, brothers and Sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant sister.
Bill came to Rockford in 1962 recruited by Sunstrands Industries. His career in the design of machine tools included Arrow Engineering, W.A. Whitney, ADT in South Carolina and Mestek Corp. plants in Illinois and Iowa. He was partner in Feldmann Industries in Rockford for many years, traveling extensively and forming lasting friendships with many of his customers.
A Harley bike rider, an avid bass fisherman and woodworker, his toys will be admired and enjoyed for years to come. Bill enjoyed sharing the good times; friends will remember his generosity, parties at the Horseshoe, celebrations and Christmases at Michael’s, Magic Monday celebrations, trips to Disney, boat outings and family parties.
