Barbara C. Keith

Barbara C. Keith. 88, passed away Thursday, March 2, 2017 in Shelbyville, KY. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m., Monday at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Rex Odom officiating. The family suggests that those who wish may make memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Association, 5105 Paulsen Street, Suite C-206, Savannah, GA 31405.

Mrs. Keith, wife of the late Bobby Dean Keith, was a native of Macon and the daughter of the late Harry Otis Carraway and Crystal Snow Carraway. She was switch board operator at Mercer University for twenty-eight years. Mrs. Keith was of the Methodist faith and was a former member of the Order of Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Heather Claxton Hampton.

Survivors include those she loved most, her daughters, Karen (Dave) Flynn of Shelbyville, KY and Nancy (Joey) Claxton of Cumming, GA; her granddaughter, Amantha (Jeremiah) Hill and four great grandchildren.
