Camille Banks Clements passed away on Monday, June 30, 2014. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 3 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Cherry Street. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. at Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Jarred Hammet officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army, 1955 Broadway, Macon 31201 or the donor’s favorite charity.
Born in Portland, Tennessee and currently residing in Alpharetta, Georgia at her death, she always considered Macon her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil C. Clements.
Survivors include her two daughters, Cathy DuBose and Martha Burkhalter; son-in-laws, Richard DuBose and John Burkhalter; four grandchildren, Mary Webb, David Burkhalter, Paul Burkhalter and Laura DuBose; four great-grandchildren and two sisters-in-law, Ethlyn Banks and Carolyn Waters.
