Charles Lindbergh Gibson

Charles Lindbergh Gibson, 93, passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2021. A private graveside will be held on Monday, July 26, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Riverside Cemetery (Main Gate). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to donors favorite charity.

Charles was born in Macon, Georgia to the late Thomas A. and Ada Brown Gibson. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Horne Gibson and seven siblings. Charles served his country and retired from the United States Navy in 1970.

He is survived by his children, Thomas Carlton (Anita) Gibson of Musella, GA, Marjorie Ann (Scott) Binegar of Durant, MS, Robert Dale (Cindy) of Cartersville, GA, Virginia Elizabeth (Bill) Coley of Hawkinsville, GA, Audrey Ivey Gibson (Robert) Dees of Bonaire, GA, Mark Alan Gibson of Macon, GA, Donna Marie Gibson (Tom) Prakas of Delray Beach, FL and twenty-one grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
