Hazel Oswald

Hazel T. Oswald, 86, passed away Saturday, September 22, 2012. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday at Crest Lawn Memorial Park in Atlanta. Dr. Gil Watson and Rev. Randy Walworth will officiate. The family will greet friends from 6 until 8 PM Tuesday at the home of David and Melissa Hollingsworth in Macon and will greet friends from 12:30 until 1:30 PM Wednesday at the home of Leo and Jane Carlton in Atlanta. In lieu of flowers the family suggest that donations be made to Collins Memorial United Methodist Church, 2220 Bolton Road, Atlanta, Georgia 30318.

Mrs. Oswald was born in Grantville, Georgia the daughter of the late Lonzer L. and Mallie Howard Teel. Mrs. Oswald worked for many years at U.S. Rubber Company and then served as secretary of her church for many years, Collins Memorial United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Oswald is survived by her daughter, Melissa Hollingsworth (David); two grandsons, Justin Hollingsworth (Meghan) and Jonathan Hollingsworth all of Macon.
