Jerrell Vernon Stewart, 80, passed away on Monday, March 27, 2017. A Celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Cherry St. The family will greet friends on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery with the Rev. Paul Dziadul officiating.
Mr. Stewart was born in Dublin, GA to the late Henry Vernon and Eunice Stewart. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marcia Ann Stewart. He served his country in the United States Army and was self employed. Jerrell was an avid car and racing enthusiast.
He is survived his son, Greg Stewart of Macon; grandson, Chasen Stewart of Macon; siblings, Dale Stewart, Ricky Stewart, Laverne Dooley, Larue Albritton; and several nieces and nephews.
