MACON – Joe Ben Robertson, 79, died Saturday, October 29, 2011 following an extended illness. Services will be private. The family will greet friends 11:00 AM until 12:00 Noon on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Cherry Street. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the donor’s favorite charity.
Mr. Robertson was born in Washington County, Georgia, the son of the late Hubert A. and Mabel Milligan Robertson. He was self-employed.
Survivors include his sons, Joey (Len) Robertson of Prattville, AL and Tommy Robertson of Macon; daughter, Lisa (Hal) Hunter of Dublin, GA; grandchildren, Ivy (John) Campbell, Tommy Robertson, Jr., Matt Robertson, Clint Hines, and Lance Hines; great-granddaughter, Katelyn Hines; brother, Jimmy (Georgia) Robertson of Macon.
