Juanita Panter

Juanita Green Panter, 88, passed away Sunday, February 17, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Cherry Street. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, entering through the Madison Street gate. Rev. Paul Dziadul will officiate. The family will greet friends from 5 until 7 PM at the funeral home on Monday. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, Central Georgia Chapter, and 886 Mulberry Street, Macon 31201.

Mrs. Panter was born in Whitwell, TN the daughter of the late Laura and Dutch Green. She was a homemaker and a member of Riverside United Methodist Church. The family would like to express their appreciation to the great and generous care given to Mrs. Panter by Flint River Memory Care, United Hospice and Macon Northside Hospital.

Mrs. Panter is survived by her daughter, Pamela P. Gibson of Bogart, Georgia; son, M. Greg (Dottie) Panter of Lexington, Kentucky; grandchildren, Hall Gibson, III, Caitlin Panter, Dorothy Panter, and Claire Panter; great-grandson, Weyman Gibson.
