Margaret Lee Tucker

Margaret Lee Walker Tucker, 83, passed away Thursday, September 07, 2017 at Pine Pointe Hospice. A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono with burial in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Pastor Paul Dziadul will officiate. The family will meet friends from 1:00 p.m. to service time on Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Autism and Developmental Center at Navicent Health, 1014 Forsyth Street, Macon, GA 31201. The family may be contacted at the residence.

Mrs. Tucker, wife of the late Joel Robert Tucker, Jr., was born in Lizella the daughter of the late Grief and Rose Ann Yaughn Walker. She was an Apron Cook with Publix Grocery retiring after thirteen years. Mrs. Tucker was of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rhonda Lee Tucker, her son, Joel Robert Tucker, III and her sister, Virginia Sutton. A devoted and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she was most happy spending time with her family.

Survivors include those she loved most, her daughter, Reba Tucker (Joseph) Stoker; her beloved grandchildren, Jameson Tucker, Eric (Melissa) Stoker and Melissa (Creig) King; four precious great grandchildren, Riley Tucker, Kori Bowling, Hudson Stoker, and Savannah Stoker; her three cousins whom she loved as her brothers and sister, Irene Venable, Charles Walker and Fred Walker and several nieces and nephews.
