Mary Dollie Bedgood, age 90, of Forsyth, Georgia passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2024. A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Bedgood will be held Friday, April 5, 2024 at 12:30 PM at Snow's Memorial Chapel, 1419 Bass Road, Macon, Georgia 31210, followed by a visitation/luncheon. Burial will be private for family only in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Elder Charles Caine will officiate.
Mary was born in Rome, Georgia the daughter of the late Emma Roberts White and Troy White. She started working with the Krystal Company in 1950 in Rome and retired from them in 1989. During her career she opened up Krystals from North Georgia to South Florida. She was a member of the Barnesville Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Mary is survived by her children, Sherry Hamm (Jimmy) of Juliette and Susan Butler of Forsyth; grandchildren, Cherie May Grantham (Sam), Leah Hamm, James Hamm, Jr., Michael Hamm, Bonnie Grizzard, and Karl Butler (Mandy); great-grandchildren, Joshua May, Norah Hamm, Kylie Hamm, Chip Grizzard (Harley), Chase Grizzard (Abby), Chad Grizzard, EmmaRuth Grizzard, Katy Butler (Adam), and Layton Butler (Emma); 4 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
