Mary Jane Brock of Macon, formerly of Atlanta and Natchez, Mississippi, died at her home on June 6, 2017. Born July 20, 1924, in Macon, she was the daughter of Pope F. and Alice Matthews Brock. She was a graduate of E. Rivers Elementary School and North Fulton High School in Atlanta, and of Sweet Briar College and the University of Michigan Law School.
She is survived by her niece, Alice Brock and spouse, Patricia Peard, of Cumberland Foreside, Maine, and nephews, Pope Brock III, of Arlington Maine and Matthew Brock of Kittery Point, Maine, and great nieces, Dillon and Hannah Brock of Falmouth Maine.
Graveside services will be held at Arlington Memorial Park in Atlanta on Tuesday, June 13, at 2:00 pm, with The Rev. Cynthia C. Knapp of Christ Episcopal Church, Macon, officiating.
