Nancy graduated from Sequoyah High School and had a job at Lenox Square in Atlanta. Her favorite person was her little brother Stephen. She had interests of crocheting, bowling, church activities at Lawrenceville Road United Methodist Church, and watching TV sports with her Dad. Nancy loved chatting with friends and family by phone about their activities and interests.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Margie Massey Powell, who loving called her "Curly" and her father, Robert Brooks Powell, who called her "my girl".
Survivors include her sister, Connie Sealy of Macon, her brother, Stephen Sengupta (Inu) of India; her nieces, Parker Sealy (Ang), Erin Sealy; aunt, Dotti Laycock; uncle, Doug Head and over thirty cousins.
Interment will be simultaneously with her parents at 11:00 AM Thursday, March 14, 2024 in Westview Cemetery in Atlanta. Dr. Billy Oliver will officiate. The family asks that those attending please wear Spring colors.
