Patsy Patterson Fellows

Patsy Patterson Fellows, 85, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, February 28, 2025, at Pine Pointe Hospice. A celebration of her life will be held on Monday, March 3, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Ingleside Baptist Church. The family will greet friends from 1:00 p.m. to service time in the Fellowship Hall at the church. Burial will be held at Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with Dr. Mark Hudgins and the Rev. Paul Strozier officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ingleside Baptist Church, 834 Wimbish Road, Macon GA 31204.

Patsy was born in Columbus, Georgia to the late E.W. “Pat” Patterson and Doris Whitten Patterson. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Russell Coleman Fellows, her sisters, Joyce P. Beasley and Janie P. Myers. Patsy was a former member of Tabernacle Baptist Church for over sixty years, she is a member of Ingleside Baptist Church.

Patsy was a Pink Lady at the Medical Center of Central Georgia for thirty-five years and served as President for two terms and was instrumental in establishing the Love and Laughter Room in the Cancer Life Center. She established the Love Light Tree and served in the Hospital Gift Shop as the manager for several years. Named Auxilian of the Year on two different occasions. Patsy served on the MedCen Foundation for nine years and was named Trustee Emerita in 1999. Patsy was instrumental in bringing the HeloPad to the Medical Center of Central Georgia. She was involved in the land donation and served on the steering committee for Pine Pointe Hospice. She was a devoted and loving wife, sister, aunt and great aunt.

She is survived by her sister, Brenda (Phillip) Davis of Macon, brother, Pat Patterson of Macon, brother-in-law, Milton Myers of Macon, numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.
