Samuel Michael Smith, age 79, of Haddock, GA, passed away Thursday, February 17, 2022. A Celebration of Life will be held at Haddock Baptist Church on Monday, February 21, 2022 at 3:00 PM with Dr. Ron McClung officiating. A Visitation will be held on Monday, February 21, 2022 from 1:30 PM until service time.
Sam was born to the late William Marlin and Catherine Samuels Smith. He was employed and retired from Bowen Aircraft as a computer system analysis. Sam was a member of Haddock Baptist Church. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather.
Sam is survived by his sons, Michael K. Smith of Haddock and Chad E. (Yvonne) Smith of Columbus; grandson, David C. Smith of Haddock; and granddaughter, Emily Catherine Smith of Columbus. He was predeceased by his wife, Patricia Ann Smith.
