William (Bill) Franklin Howell, 84, passed away on Wednesday, October 21 in Dublin, GA. Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, October 24 at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Paul Dziadul officiating. In lieu of flowers, make donations to Ingleside Methodist Church, 3187 Ridge Avenue, Macon 31204 or donor’s favorite charity.
William was born in Cedar Grove to the late Russell Lanier and Thelma Pittman Howell. He was preceded in death by his wife, Annette Howell; daughter, Brenda Durden, and brothers, Tobe L. Howell and Donald S. Howell. William retired from Sears Roebuck and was a member of Ingleside United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his son, Terry W. Howell; sisters, Gerry (Earl) Sapp and Jill Bracewell; granddaughters, Emily and Leslie, and several nieces and nephews.
