Grace Elizabeth Zahornacky

ZAHORNACKY, GRACE ELIZABETH Grace Elizabeth Zahornacky, age 75, of Madison, passed away at her home surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of Andrew Zahornacky. Grace was born on June 15, 1939, to the late Samuel and Mary Liston Denison. She’s lived with her family in Madison over thirty five years. In her early years she was a caregiver to many families, she loved playing bingo in East Haven, always enjoyed the warm weather, and Italian food. Besides her husband, of 51 years, she is survived by four children; Shannon Spencer of Madison, Joan Cooper of North Carolina, Linnea Neri of Colorado, and Michael Zahornacky of Madison. She is also survived by her two sisters; Mary Lou Martino of New Haven and Berniece DePoto of Florida. Family and friends may visit Swan Funeral Home 825 Boston Post Road Madison, Sunday February 15th from 2-5pm. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday January 17th at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Warpas Rd. in Madison, at 11am. Interment will follow to All Saints Cemetery, North Haven.
