Walker, Linda Nichols
Linda Nichols Walker, 60, of Poughkeepsie, NY died Friday, June 14, 2013 following a long battle with emphysema. She was employed by I.B.M. and Vassar Brothers Medical Center. Linda was a dedicated mother who always put others’ needs before her own. Linda was predeceased by her parents Charles and Helen (French) Nichols and her twin sister Sharon DeVeau. She is survived by her husband John of Poughkeepsie, NY; her children Christie (Kenneth) of Jessup, MD, Stacie of Poughkeespie, NY, and Randy of New Paltz, NY; her grandchildren Joshua and Rebecca; and her brothers Richard (Kathleen), David (Lee), and Steven (Susan) of Madison, CT.
