Doris Dean Morris Foster

Born June 22, 1926, she was the daughter of the late William and Carrie Morris. She was a member of Elon Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband, Doris is survived by two daughters, Dale (Bennett) Foster and Debbie (Butch) Keyes; four grandchildren, Todd (Becky) Foster, Troy (Melanie Howard) Foster, Carrie (Brent) Doty, and Tori Foster and six great-grandchildren, Cameron, Peyton, Lily, Aviva, Elisha, and Emma.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to all the loving caregivers at Fairmont Crossing-Sojourner’s Way.

A service celebrating her life will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Elon Baptist Church with the Rev. Steve Tyree officiating. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service and will host a meal at the church following the graveside service in the Elon Baptist Church Cemetery.
