Martin Carl Schulze Jr.

Martin Carl Schulze, Jr., 91, of Madison Heights, passed away Thursday, June 4, 2020 at his residence. He is survived by his wife, Donna Ruth Schulze. Born in Elmhurst, Illinois, July 15, 1928, he was the son of the late Martin C. Schulze and Lily Hebenstreit Schulze. He proudly served his country in the US Army and served during the Korean War. He restored older homes for a number of years and was a member of Thomas Road Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by one son, Martin Carl Schulze, III and one daughter, Brenda Cain. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Perry Schulze and his wife Denise of Leesburg and Richard Schulze and his wife Darcey of Catharpin one sister, Gloria Damron of Hot Springs, AR; his daughter-in-law, Frances Marie Schulze and numerous grandchildren. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 6, 2020 at Fort Hill Memorial Park with the Rev. Dave Champney officiating.
