Animals held a unique place in Owen's heart, particularly the feline and canine companions that shared his life's journey. Cats and dogs were not merely pets to him, but cherished members of his extended family, offering unwavering companionship and an unconditional bond that warmed his soul. Equally endearing were babies and children, whose innocent smiles and playful spirits never failed to evoke a sense of joy and tenderness in Owen. His interactions with them were a testament to his innate ability to connect, nurture, and spread happiness. Superman, with his symbol of strength and heroism, resonated deeply with Owen. In addition to his parents Owen was preceded in death by one sister, Martha Anne Williams.
Those left to cherish Owen’s memory include his sister Linda Thomas and her partner Mike Foster; his special caregiver Dee Martin; and many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A private service will be held for Owen at a later date.
