Pearline Beacham Marks

She was born in North Carolina on September 22, 1937, daughter of the late Benjamin and Annie Beacham. In addition to her husband, Richard, and her parents she was preceded in death by a son Donald Boyette; a daughter, Ann Boyette; a step-daughter, Brenda Dalton as well as a sister and three brothers.

Her grandchildren and great grandchildren were the apple of her eye, and she loved them unconditionally. Pearline retired from the Edgecombe County Public School System after 20 years of working with the exceptional children’s program.

Left to cherish her memory are her two sons, Michael Boyette and fiancé Kimberly and Ray Boyette; a step-son, Marvin Boyette; two sisters, Frances Rainwaters and Esther Mae Wentling; five grandchildren, Brian Adamzack and his wife Andrea, Lance Hudson, Alan Boyette, Cory Hudson, and Layne Boyette as well as seven great grandchildren. She is also survived by two special friends, Janet “Sissy” Baker and Patsy Wright.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Friday, January 27, 2023 at Whitten Monelison Chapel. Funeral services will be private.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
