Born in Del Rio, TX on May 29, 1962 he was a son of Patricia Fore and the late Bobby Ray Smith.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his children, Tiffany Franklin of Appomattox, William Smith of St. Louis, MO, and Michael Baker of Amherst; four siblings, Ronald Smith and his wife Renie of Rustburg, Rayna Low of Chicago, IL, Robert Smith of Tennessee, and Raymie Miller of Delaware; and one granddaughter, Lauren Franklin.
There will be a memorial service at a later date.
