Russell Cleveland Bryant, Jr., 86, of Madison Heights, passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at his residence. He was the husband of Faye Martin Bryant.

Born December 11, 1934 in Amherst County, he was the son of the late Russell C. Bryant, Sr. and Anna Childress Bryant and was preceded in death by a stepdaughter, Michelle Pritchett; a brother, Leo Bryant and a sister, Lorraine Martin. He was a retired line worker with C.R. Hudgins and was a member of Leawood Baptist Church.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Bryant is survived by a grandchild, Jonathan Peery and a sister-in-law, Julia Bryant.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, October 24, 2021 at Leawood Baptist Church with Pastor Cheatham officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Leawood Baptist Church, P.O.Box 10123, Lynchburg, VA 24506.
