Teresa Floyd

Born January 5, 1967 in Lynchburg, she was the daughter of Ralph Gene and Judith Gilliam Garrett of Lynchburg. Teresa was a former employee of Waterford Furniture and Starmart. She was a member of Jordan Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband and parents, Teresa is survived by two daughters, Nicole Arlene Brevo of Lynchburg and Felicia Ellen Floyd of Madison Heights; two brothers, Ralph Garret, Jr. of Lynchburg and Gary Wayne Garrett and wife, Tracy of Cifax and two grandchildren, Tyler Gene Brevo and Trevor Ray Brevo.

A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at Whitten Monelison Chapel with Dr. Melvin Campbell officiating. Interment will follow at Fort Hill Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m., Monday, December 19, 2011 at the funeral home and other times at the residence.
