

William Preston “Willie” Fuller, 81, of Madison Heights, passed away Friday, February 25, 2011 at his home. Twice married, he was the husband of Beatrice Trump Fuller and the late Helen Virginia Fuller.
Born April 18, 1929 in Petersburg, he was the son of the late Joseph Thomas and Ruby Hargrave Fuller. He was a retired Produce Manager with Colonial Big Star Food Store with forty-two years of service and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Fuller is survived by three sons, William Lee Fuller and wife, Carolyn of Amherst, Charles Earl Fuller and wife, Pattie of Lynchburg, and Thomas Preston Fuller of Madison Heights; one daughter, Joanne Fuller Brantley and husband, Charles of Lynchburg; one stepson, Marshall C. Trump and wife, Ronda of Stafford; two step-daughters, Marsha Trump Newer and husband, Gregory of Columbus, GA and Michele Trump Lloyd and husband, Mike of Amherst; one brother, Robert Fuller and wife, Shirley of Colonial Heights; five grandchildren, Dean Thompson, Michelle Turner, Sarah Fuller, Michelle DiNardo, and Timothy Fuller; six step-grandchildren, Gregory Newer, Ashleigh Newer, Michael Trump, Matthew Trump, Joshua Trump, and Devin Lloyd and five great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at Whitten Monelison Chapel with the Rev. Peyton Fitzgerald officiating. Interment will follow at Fort Hill Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m., Monday, February 28, 2011 at the funeral home and other times at the residence.
