Carrie was born in Charleston on October 10, 1965. She was a Secretary for the WV State Board of Education with 42 years of service and a member of the Boxing Fit Club in Charleston. Carrie loved her family, especially her nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John & Mary Terry; mother & stepfather, Betty & Eddie Carrow; aunt & Uncle, Connie & JR Johnston.
Carrie is survived by her sister, Nancy Morton of Campbells Creek; brothers, Carl (Kay) Terry of Campbells Creek, John (Lisa) Terry of Gallagher; stepbrothers, Larry (Rhonda) Carrow of Blount and Terry (Jodi) Carrow of Elyria, OH; many nieces and nephews that loved her dearly.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:30 AM on Monday December 15, 2025, at Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden with Pastor Dana Clay officiating. Burial will follow at Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.
A visitation with family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service on Monday.
