Charlotte was a Kanawha County School cook, a former owner of Rick & Charlotte’s Bar & Grill and also of Caters 2 U.
She was preceded in death by her father, Tommy Carpenter; her husband, who was the love of her life, Rick.
She is survived by her mother, Betty Bailey; son, Danny (Tenyah) Wheeler of Charleston; daughter, Misty (PJ) Johnson of Chesapeake and her grandchildren, Rick and Sarah Tucker, Breanna and Wyatt Cook, Nathan and Jacob Wheeler and Yasmeen Alvarado.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic concerns and in keeping with the Federal, State and Local Health Department on social distancing, there will be no visitation and a private service will be held on Monday April 6, 2020 at Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.
