Gregory Alan Hendricks

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Eugene Hendricks; and grandson, Brooks Johnson.

Greg was a Christian, Elder and active member at Winifrede Community Church. He was also very active in his community. He loved to hunt and fish with his wife, family and friends. His love for his family, church family and friends filled his life. He will be loved and cherished by all who knew him. He retired from the Kroger Co. after 40 years of service and was currently employed by the City of Charleston.

Greg is survived by his loving wife, Bev, of 41 years; daughters, Erica (Matthew) Johnson, Erin (Charles) Roy; grandchildren, Luke Johnson, Atlas and Barrett Roy; mother, Faye Hendricks Jarrell; sister, Carolyn (Bob) Slack; brother, James (Deanna) Hendricks; and many nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Friday, May 30, 2025, at Winifrede Community Church with Pastor John Rollins officiating. Burial will follow at Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens, Glasgow.

A visitation with family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service at the Church.

The family would like to thank his primary care physician, Thopsie Jagannath, MD, CAMC Cancer Center, CAMC Staff and Hospice Care.
