Ida Joann Biondo

It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of our beloved Ida Joann Biondo on Sunday, November 26, 2023, at the age of 70. Ida was born on March 4, 1953, in Weehawken, New Jersey, the daughter of Charles and Palma Biondo.

Ida graduated with honors from Kean University in Union, New Jersey, and became a Physical Therapist. Following graduation, she relocated to Charleston, West Virginia.

In addition to her parents, Ida was predeceased by her twin brother, Salvatore, her brother, Joseph and his wife, Donna.

Surviving are her sister, Constance Severino and her husband, Ludovico Severino. Ida was a loving Aunt to William Severino (Amy), Diana Wollerman (Paul IV), Matthew Biondo and Teresa Biondo. Also, Ida was Great Aunt to Andrew and Alex Severino; Krista and Paul V. Wollerman; and Annabella and Rachel Biondo; and many cousins.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 1, 2023, at Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden, with Rev. Richard Thompson officiating. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in South Charleston, West Virginia.

A visitation with family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service.
