Nellie was born in Malden on August 12, 1938, to the late Joe and Goldie Walker Clark. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Shaffer.
She is survived by her sister, Alice Holstine of Blount; brother, Billy Clark of Belle; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 10, 2025, at Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden, with Pastor Greg Reese officiating. The burial will follow the service in Clark Cemetery, Sissonville
