Terry Wayne Halstead

Terry was the first born son of Earnest “Clay” Halstead and Margaret Peck Halstead Igo. He loved his antique cars and going to car shows. He has been a Christian for many years, visiting Churches all over Kanawha County. He also held offices in Churches such as, Sunday School Superintendent, Head Usher and Trustee.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Carol Burgess Halstead; brothers, Garry, Clay Jr. and Keith; step-dad, Delbert Igo; step-brother, Daniel Igo, all of Campbells Creek.

Terry is survived by his wife of 42 years, Sharon Leadmon Halstead; son, Chip W. Halstead; step sister-in-law, Erma Igo; brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Deannie Leadmon, all of Campbells Creek; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at Montgomery Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel, London, with Pastor Fred Christian officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park.

A visitation with family and friends will began at 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden. The funeral procession will depart the funeral home at 12:15 p.m. for the Cemetery.
