

Eduardo is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years, Linda, his devoted children, Tamara Donohue and her husband Chuck and C.J. and his wife Julia, his adoring mother, Alejandra, his sisters Lilia, Virgie, Araceli and Lorna and his brother Ricardo Sr. as well as several nieces and nephews. He was a cherished Lolo to his grandchildren, Parker, Mila, Chance and Harper.
He was predeceased by his father Juan, his sisters, Clara and Teresita and his best buddy and constant companion Alec, his dog.
Eduardo proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Viet-Nam war. He retired from the Navy after 20 years of service. He then went on to work for the Postal Service where he retired after 20 years of service.
He was passionate about Christmas decorating, an avid fisherman; he enjoyed gardening and hosting parties for the many large gatherings of family and friends. Above all else, his family was his proudest achievement in his life. The times spent with them brought him much joy and happiness.
A visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at Thos L. Shinn Funeral Home, 10 Hilliard Dr., Manahawkin, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12:30pm at St. Mary of the Pines Catholic Church, 100 Bishop Lane, Manahawkin, NJ with Burial to follow at St. Mary Cemetery, Beachview Ave., Manahawkin.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Eduardo’s name may be sent to the Diabetes Association.
