Jane was born and raised in Greenwich Village, NYC and resided there until moving to New Jersey in 1988.
Jane was predeceased by her grandson Michael.
She is survived by her beloved children, Tara Hanley and her husband Isaac Sloop, Colleen Hanley, Brendan Hanley and his wife Lauren and Gerard Hanley and his wife Caroline, her cherished grandchildren, Bryan, Derrick, Sophia, Gavin, Donovan, Brendan, Caitlin, Abigail, Sean and Padraig and her precious great-grandson Leonardo. She is also survived by her brother Michael Durnin.
Jane was known for her great sense of humor; she had a way of putting smiles on the faces of her family and her friends. She had a knack for making everyone around her laugh.
