Judith Gormley

Judith was born in August, 1939 in the Bronx, New York to her late parents, Edward and Phyllis Kalinowski. She is also predeceased by her sister Joyce Tigue.

Judith was best known for her unwavering strength and commitment to family. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

Judith is survived by her beloved husband of 64 years, Thomas, her children, Laura Murphy and her husband Sean and Thomas Jr. and his wife Tammy as well as her cherished grandchildren; Ryan, Brendan, Connor, and Erin Murphy, Jack and Quinten Gormley. She is also survived by her countless nieces, nephews and cousins who she loved so much.

Please join us to celebrate Judith's life on Monday, April 27, 2026 from 4:00pm-7:00pm at Thos L. Shinn Funeral Home, 10 Hilliard Dr., Manahawkin, NJ. A Mass will be held at St. Mary of the Pines Catholic Church, 100 Bishop Lane, Manahawkin on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 11:00am.
