Madeline B Kula

Madeline was a life long resident of Manahawkin NJ. A graduate of Tuckerton High School, attended Gloucester County College She had a career as a Registry Dental coordinator with Ocean County. She previously had worked 11 years with the New Lisbon facility as a dental assistant. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Frank Kula and her former husband August Cervetto, Her parents Louise and Bill Burnham of Manahawkin, her brother Tommy Burnham of Manahawkin, her brother Bill Burnham Jr. grandson Joseph Musmecci of Dallas TX

She is survived by her children Steven and his wife Sue, of Warren Grove, NJ, Her daughter Linda and her husband Gary of Midlothian, TX, Son Robert and his wife Norma of Dublin, TX, her sister Alice Richards of Virginia and her brother Richard Burnham and his wife Beverly of Kerens, Texas, her grandchildren, Carey B Cranmer and her husband Stacy, Barrett Cervetto of Warren Grove, NJ, Gina Musmecci and her husband Luis Mayoral of Midlothian, TX, Kellen Cervetto and wife Stephanie, of Stephenville, TX, Stacey Cervetto and fiancé Vaugn Hensen of Stephenville, TX , great grandchildren, Gavin Cranmer, Donovan Cranmer, Grace Cranmer, Sebastian Cervetto. And a host of nieces and nephews.

Madeline had been a provider of quality care to her grandmother Rachel Shinn during her stay in the nursing home. She gave freely to everyone.

We would as a family, like to give her beloved granddaughter Carey Cranmer, a registerd nurse at SOCH (and her family for their sacrifices) a special thank you for following in her grandmother’s footsteps and giving her time freely to care for her grandmother, Madeline so she could be cared for at home until the end. Additional thanks should be noted to Meridian hospice and Marja Jenkins,RN, who solely directed her care during that time. Thos L.
