Patrick M. Costantino, 58, of Warren Grove, NJ passed away on January 5, 2021 at Southern Ocean Medical Center, Manahawkin, NJ. Born in Kearny, NJ he was raised in Ocean County, NJ.
Patrick was a hardworking, supporting, and compassionate man. He never thought twice about helping others any way he could. When Patrick was not working, he loved listening to music while creatively building things for others. He was well known for the way he told his life stories with enthusiasm. However, there was nothing he had loved and enjoyed more than being with his family and grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his mother Theresa Cloonan and father Carlo Costantino. Patrick is survived by his wife Judy Costantino, son Patrick, daughters, Jessica and husband Alfred ODonnell of PA and Amanda and husband Michael Parcinski of PA, grandchildren, Ryleigh, Noah, John, Patrick, Michael and Alfred Jr. He is also survived by his twin brother Carl Costantino and his wife Vicky, sister Rita Costantino, 4 nieces, 2 nephews, 2 great-nieces and 2 great-nephews.
A memorial service will be held at the Thos L. Shinn Funeral Home, 10 Hilliard Dr., Manahawkin, NJ Saturday, January 16, 2021 from 12:00pm-2:00pm. At the conclusion of the memorial service, there will be a gathering at Patrick's niece's home for family and friends:1600 Middlesex St., Toms River, NJ 08757.
