Rosemarie S Sinopoli

Rosemarie S. Sinopoli (née DeSimone), 89, of Whiting, New Jersey, passed away on April 18, 2026. Born on January 20, 1937, in Brooklyn, New York, Rosemarie later moved to Staten Island with her husband, Salvatore Sinopoli, before eventually settling in Manahawkin, New Jersey, and later Whiting.

Rosemarie lived a life centered around family and love.

She was also the number one fan of the Sinopoli Band, supporting them with pride, joy, and unwavering enthusiasm.

Rosemarie is predeceased by her beloved husband, Salvatore, and her sister Patricia Giraldi.

She is survived by her sons Joseph and Nicholas, and Nicholas’s wife Stephanie; her grandchildren JP, Casey, Isabella, and Nicholas; and her three great‑grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Vincent DeSimone and his wife Elizabeth, and her brother-in-law Patrick Giraldi whom she cherished deeply.

Rosemarie’s warmth, devotion, and the traditions she passed down will live on in the hearts of all who loved her.

The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to everyone who has offered love, prayers, and support during this difficult time. Rosemarie touched many lives with her kindness, generosity, and unwavering devotion to her family. Her memory will continue to guide and comfort all who knew and loved her.

A Memorial Service will be held at Thos L. Shinn Funeral Home, 10 Hilliard Drive, Manahawkin, NJ 08050, US, on April 24, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, followed by a Religious Ceremony at the same location from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.

A Graveside Service will take place at St Mary's Parish Cemetery, Beachview Ave, Stafford Township, NJ 08050, US, on April 24, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 1:15 pm.
