Salvatore (Sal) Urso

Sal is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Mandy, his son Michael S. Urso of Staten Island, his daughter, Roxanne (Roxy) Urso of NJ and his son, Dominic A. Urso of NJ. He is also survived by his mother and father, Michael Sr. and Rosalie Urso of South Carolina, his sister, Rosann Wilcox and her husband, Kirby of SC, his brother, Michael A. Urso Jr. and his wife, Tonya of NJ, his Uncle Jack and Aunt Lucy Urso of NY. He is also survived by his constant companions, his dogs, Jimmy, Karma and Tali, his many cousins, nieces and nephews, and his cherished good friends.

Sal worked at Acme in Tuckerton NJ. His many enjoyments in life included Hunting, Fishing, his love of cooking, his Barnegat Little League team and the Girls Softball team of which he was a proud coach of both.

He was also a very proud fan of any of the teams that his children played on over the years.

A memorial visitation will be held at the Thos L. Shinn Funeral Home, 10 Hilliard Dr., Manahawkin, NJ on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm.

A funeral home service will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at 10:00am.
