William C Smith

William was predeceased by his beloved wife, Sondra.

He is survived by his loving children, William and his wife Sara and Karen Pedbereznak and her husband Steve. He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren, Katelyn (Brendan), Billy, Karly, and Andy and his precious great-granddaughter Natalia.

William proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. He was a Radarman 2nd class aboard the USS Cambria. He was in the Cuban Missile Crisis.

William and Sondra loved to go on cruises, together they went on 50+ cruises, he also enjoyed taking his family to Disney. He was an avid Cubs fan.

Visitation will be held at Thos L. Shinn Funeral Home, 10 Hilliard Drive, Manahawkin, NJ 08050, US, on March 4, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.

A Committal Service will take place at Ocean County Memorial Park, 280 Wells Mills Rd, Ocean Township, NJ 08758, US, on March 4, 2026, from 12:45 pm to 1:00 pm.
