Carri is survived by her loving husband Andrew of 36 years, her sons Brandon and Michael and daughter-in-law Samantha, and her siblings Shannon, Holli, Ellery, and Johanna. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews whom she adores.
Carri was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and she was very proud of this during her days as a jersey mama. Shortly after graduating from Brooklyn College with a degree in health science, she met her hubby in the Catskills during the summer of '81. When she had children, she joined the very popular migration to Manalapan, NJ with many close friends and family. She worked in her hometown for 15 years at the Lakeview Child Care Center - she loved her work at the center and considered her co-workers to be family.
Mama CJ brought so much joy to the world through her laugh, her home-cooked meals, her humongous heart and generosity. She loved being with her children and her puppies Ernie and Miley - she loved dancing, walking, healthy living, cooking for her family, and playing fun games. She was a very special person and will be missed dearly.
Funeral services will be held at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, Manalapan, New Jersey on Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Mount Sinai Cemetery, Marlboro, New Jersey.
