Mrs. Samson is survived by her son Matthew Samson; son Lee Samson and his wife Kristin; daughter Suzanne Adler and her husband Scott; brother Laurence Solomon and his husband Alan; grandson Ben Samson; granddaughter Abby Samson; grandson Jacob Adler; and granddaughter Ilana Adler.
Elinor was preceded in death by her husband Jack Samson of 38 years in April 2007 as well as her parents Abraham and Ida Solomon.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 20, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, New Jersey 07726 immediately followed by a committal service at 12:45 PM at Beth Israel Cemetery, 1098 Woodbridge Center Drive, Woodbridge, New Jersey 07095.

Shiva will be observed at the residence of Lee and Kristin Samson on Monday from 2:30 PM until 9:00 PM. There will be a minyan at 7:30 PM.
