Harvey is survived by his son Steven and his wife, Carla Flitter; and his daughter Wendy Flitter; his grandsons Scott, Josh, Zak and Ethan.
Harvey was preceded in death by his wife Shirley Flitter (2005).
Funeral Services for Harvey will be held Monday, August 28, 2023 at 11:00 am at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, NJ 07726.
Burial will occur Monday, August 28, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Cedar Park Cemetery, 735 Forest Avenue, Paramus, NJ 07652.
The period of mourning will be observed at the residence of Steven and Carla Flitter following the burial until 9pm and on Tuesday from 4pm - 9pm.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Harvey's memory may be made to Alzheimer's Foundation and Associated Humane Societies.
