Born in Neptune, NJ, she lived in Edison for many years before moving to Morristown five years ago.
Linda was a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who worked with various Hospice services, hospitals, and organizations in the area, as well as with private clients.
She was pre-deceased by her parents, Milton Berger and Evelyn Hammer. Surviving are her son Jeremy Hirsch, her two grandsons, Mathew and Lucas, her brother and sister-in-law Dr. Victor & Susan Berger, and her sister and brother-in-law, Karen & Dr. William Moskowitz.
Services will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, NJ. Interment will follow at Congregation Sons of Israel Cemetery in Englishtown, NJ.
