Born in The Bronx, NY, she lived in Hazlet for many years before moving to Monroe Twp. 8 years ago.
Prior to retiring, Mrs. Bloom worked in the Financial Aid Department at Rutgers University. She received her Bachelors Degree from City College of NY.
Mrs. Bloom was predeceased by her beloved husband Stanley, in 2009.
Surviving are her children: Steven Bloom and his wife Darlene, Neil Bloom and his wife Phyllis, and Jodi Liebov and her husband Jeff, as well as 6 grandchildren: Jessica Bloom, Zachary Bloom, Stacey Bloom, Matthew Bloom, Shelli Liebov and Mitchell Liebov.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 12, 2018 at 11:00 am at Bloomfield Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, followed by burial at Mount Lebanon Cemetery, Iselin.
Shiva will be observed at the Liebov residence on Friday until 6 pm; Saturday from 7:30 to 9:30 pm and Sunday, Monday and Tuesday from 10 am to 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm to 9 pm. Any food brought or sent to the shiva house should be kosher, please.
