Martin M Singer, 83, passed away on September 17, 2012. Marty was born on October 27, 1928 and grew up in Brooklyn New York. He graduated from City College and spent his career as an editor in the magazine industry. He was editor in chief of Saga Magazine, and then a consulting editor for Business Week and Media Industry Newsletter.
He is survived by his son Gary and his future wife, Beth Vilchez; his daughter and son-in-law, Beth and David Nadrich;, his grandchildren Cory and Ryan Singer; and Brett, Jared, and Briana Nadrich.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 54 years, Estelle and his daughter-in-law, Fara Bethke.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday September 19, 2012 at 9:00 am at Bloomfield-Cooper Chapels, Manalapan. [for GPS directions, please use 44 Wilson Avenue, Englishtown, NJ 07726] Interment will follow at Beth David Cemetery, Elmont, NY
