My deepest condolences  to Mike's P's family. I just found out .I worked  with Mike at MHT  for many years. He was one of nicest person I have ever met.  He will be  missed

Expressing my sincere condolences to Michael P’s family albeit late.  Working with and for Michael at MHT & Chemical for many years was a fun learning time. We shared a love for 103.5 radio station as well😊. We had kept in touch for holidays and each other’s birthdays for many many years but lost that connection which brought me to look him up and call today on his birthday🎂. To my chagrin, I learned of his passing.  He will always be remembered fondly. 

My deepest sympathy to Mikes Family.  He was a very close friend of mine who I will miss deeply. When I moved to Manalapan Mike was one of the first to show me around. We became good friends.  We always stayed in touch with each other. Mike had a great sense of humor.  He suffered immensely the last several years.  May God be with him.

I worked closely with Mike in Funds Transfer.  Mike was a real mensch! He was always there to help people and he certainly always had an opinion that he was happy to share.  Sometimes a bit loudly, but that was part of Mike's charm! He will be sorely missed. May his memory be for a blessing. 

Sorry I could not attend the funeral or Shiva, but i am out in San Diego Diego week.

Mike was very special to me. He was one of the first people I met when immigrating to the States. He was kind and patient and taught me how to live in this country. He was one of a kind.


My deepest condolences to Mike’s family. I meet Mike when I started working at MHT in July 1979.  He was a very helpful person if you had problems he was always there to help 

My thoughts and prayers are with Michael’s family. Michael was my first boss when I was 18 years old at Manufacturers Bank and I’ll always remember how he always looked after me since I was one of the younger ones there at the time. He also became friends with my husband and attended my wedding as well. He always made me laugh and always nice to me. We kept in touch through the years from holiday cards to Facebook. He will be missed from all!🙏🏻❤️

My deepest sympathy to Michael’s family. On July 7, 1973 I started a job at MHT. I was told to go to the 13th fl. straight to Michael Pauker my supervisor. I’ll never forget that day.  He made me feel so welcomed, being his friendly  joke full self.  He became my family away from home.  I have so many many memories with him.  And to add, he was the only person I let call me “Dizzy Terlizzi”.......rest in peace Michael. ❤️❤️❤️

My sincerest sympathies to Mike’s family. I met mike when I was 18 years old when I interviewed for a job at MHT. I got the job and was friends with Mike ever since. I worked with him for 17 years and have a lot of fun memories from company parties to playing softball to visiting him when he moved to New Jersey. We kept in touch up until just over a year ago, but I will always be thankful for him hiring me and having had the opportunity to become his friend. May he Rest In Peace.
