Mike is survived by Brother Jeffrey, Sister-in-law Marge, niece Jackie and her husband Jason and Great nieces Daniella and Sarah, Nephew Phillip and Step-Niece Dana and her husband Greg and Step-nephew Rick

Mike believed in family and was often hurt that the larger family drifted apart and came back together to many times. He enjoyed and was comforted by the many conversations and hospital visits with family in the last days.

Mike was a caring self starter. When his Dad passed he cared for his mother while his brother was attending college. Mike was an entrepreneur and an award winning retail manager and wholesale manager. He was a foster parent and went to college as an adult to earn his double concentration Bachelors Degree.

In the early days he traveled and did many things often with his younger brother in tow. He enjoyed being a mentor and instructor for most of his life. He was a volunteer Police officer.

Cousin Jan says that Mike was a good guy who loved his family. Mike told her that Jeff, Marge, Phillip, Jackie. Rick and Dana meant the world to him. And that he was very grateful for all that they did for him from the time of his disability and his diagnosis with that dreaded Cancer. Jan took note of the special bond that existed between Mike and Jeff.

Mike told family Friend Seena and Cousin Rick that Jeff was his Rock.
