Rochelle was Shelly to those who loved her. She was remembered as a beautiful fashionista, who worked in the Cosmetic Industry in NYC. After retirement she moved to Freehold, N.J. where she spent many joyful years being a homeowner. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends hosting special occasions and celebrating holidays. Shelly was a proud, generous and fun loving mother and grandmother.
Rochelle is survived by her adoring husband Lester (Lee) Rubin. Brother and Sister in Law, Joseph and Maxine Diamond. Daughters Robin Grace (Dan Henry), Mindy Hugnou, Stacy Liss (Ken), and stepson Mitchell Rubin. Grandchildren Nikolas Hugnou (Sonia), Zachary Hugnou (Emma Ente), Ruby Liss, Zoey Liss and Charlie Henry.
Rochelle was preceded in death by Husbands Jack Samuels, and Herbert Steinberg. She found the love of her life in Lee and they spent many years travelling, socializing and loving each other.
We will miss her dearly.

A funeral service for Rochelle will be held Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at 1:00PM at New Montefiore Cemetery, 1180 Wellwood Avenue, West Babylon, NY 10111.
Contributions in Rochelle’s memory may be made to the national Aphasia Association or the Alzheimers Association.
