Sarah is survived by her son Richard Mizrachi (Doreen); son Yakov Mizrachi (Anat); son Ronnie Mizrachi (Dawn); grandson Aaron Mizrachi (Val); granddaughter Eva DeStefano (Jack); granddaughter Brooke Bouchoucha (Dan); grandson Shmuel Mizrachi (Naomi); granddaughter Chaya Urist (Aryeh Chaim); granddaughter Miriam Silber (Moishe); grandson Meir Mizrachi (Yael); granddaughter Malka Kashi (Nathanel); grandson Yosef Moshe Mizrachi (Shana); grandson David Mizrachi; granddaughter Rachel Mizrachi; and 20 great-grandchildren: Francesca, P.J., Rafael, Yonaton, Hoydaya, Taliya, Yehuda, Pinchas, Elchanan, Emuna, Rikki, David, Tamar, Batcheva, Aharon, Nachson, Benztion, Chania, Naana, and Chana.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, New Jersey 07726 (masks must be worn at all times within the building) immediately followed by a committal service at 12:30 PM at Beth Israel Cemetery, 1098 Woodbridge Center Drive, Woodbridge, New Jersey 07095 (limited number of people permitted at the graveside).
Shiva will be observed in the home of Richard and Doreen in New Jersey. It will also be observed in the home of Yakov and Anat in New York for seven days. Please call the family for more information.
