I am deeply saddened to discover this news about my favorite cousin. I googled your name today and immediately felt a stab in the pit of my stomach. I thought of you often over the years though our paths have not crossed in many. Childhood memories of you & Richie (and little sis, Terry) always made me smile. Farmers market and "shababa cigarettes". Spending time in Smithtown with your family was very special to me. Bless your family and friends who I am sure are missing you beyond words. Sheldon was a great mentor and friend.  I use the lessons he taught me on a daily basis about life and professionalism.  The CFBS folio he gave me I still carry to ever business meeting.  Rest in peace Sheldon.  You will be missed.

My first professional job was working for Sheldon at Xecutec Business Systems and I continued with him through Aston and Clients First.  I learned so much about the importance of hard work, collaboration, creativity, and quality.  Sheldon always inspired and he always led by example.  I would look forward to our monthly sales meetings where we would get grilled about the deals we were working on and then cap off the evening with a delicious meal at Cervinos.  A meal with Sheldon was always an event.  While I haven't seen much of Sheldon in the past few years, I will always miss him and take the gems of wisdom he imparted with me for the rest of my life.

To the Kralstein family, I am truly sorry for your loss and I hope that knowing Sheldon was loved by so many gives you a little comfort during this trying time.

Sheldon will always be remembered for his love of photography.
He was always able to capture the natural tranquil beauty of all the golf courses he visited and photographed making us feel like we were right there with him.

Sheldon was a very important part of my life.  He gave me knowledge and opportunities to improve myself.  Sheldon has given so much to other and will be missed by many, what we've learned from him will live on.  Rest in peace Sheldon, you will always be a part of me.

I worked with SDK for seven years.  He was always kind and good to me.  In his business dealings he was the consummate professional.  H was a man of honor.  He adored his wonderful family.  When I join him, I'll bring the green bottle.  Till then, SDK.............xxcc

I had the opportunity and privilege to work for Sheldon for 10 years in the 90's. During those years he taught me much about business, adding value, and broadened my love of food & wine. I'm sorry I never found the time to let him know what a great mentor he was for me. I retained many of his ideas and values with me when I started my own business in a much different business field. To Sherry, her daughters and their families, my wife Sandra and I pass along our deepest condolences. God Bless.

Sheldon, my buddy, you fought an excellent fight, and I know you would do nothing less. Thank you for all of your business insights, your mentoring, your challenges, your inspiration, your creativity, and your example of how to be a real family man. From trusting Lanham Associates with your business, to planning Directions, working with Microsoft, driving Executive Council, and even some downtime with Sherry and Dale in the Cayman Islands, Dale and I appreciate every minute of it! You will be greatly missed.

Sheldon was fantastic friend, a dedicated colleague and ferocious advocate for doing the right thing.  He taught me many things about life, about caring for others, about taking care of family, about working in teams, about leadership but most of all about lasting friendship.  I will dearly miss him and his effervescent passion for life and red wine .  Sheldon will be missed by the entire NAV community he was so involved with.  My personal condolences to the entire Kralstein family for their loss.

Sheldon was a wonderful mentor and friend to me for many years.  He had a way of seeing things and giving guidance that was second to none.  He will be missed.

To my long time friend and business partner. Since our first meeting with my Wife and I at Insights in 1995 to our last days keeping him 'in the game' always thinking about business which he loved so much.

We watched each others families grow up and have been through some really great times.

It's always too soon to go, but God is with him now and he is in a far better place than he's been much of the last year. 

 He's worked really hard to make sure his family always came first.  He showed me, long before this illness, that you have to always take the time away from work and enjoy life because you never know the hand you will be dealt.  I will always take that to heart and I don't think we would have this great legacy at Clients First without us all remembering what's important.

To the wonderful family he leaves behind.  He will always be remembered as a great husband, father, brother, son and grandpa.  My thoughts and prayers are with you and whatever any of your need, I'm here for you.

Sheldon was a dedicated and hard-working man who inspired so many.  It was a pleasure to work for him the last 22 years.
